At Firstaider, our main goal is to ensure that you receive a suitable product. To avoid needless returns, please consult with a Firstaider consultant. Please read through our Returns and Refund Policy. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return and refund you within the 7-day Returns Policy period.
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, please note that a 15% handling fee will be charged for all returned and ordered items.
Most items may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund if they meet the following conditions:
Return the item in its original packaging and unused condition at your expense. - A refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item.
- We will not refund shipping costs unless you are returning a damaged or defective item. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Return the item in its original packaging, in new condition, and without any damage, such as cracks, marks, missing parts, or dirt. This includes all first aid consumables and first aid kits.
etc. - In-store purchases: All items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase (unused). The invoice must be presented to return for a refund or exchange.
- Return the item to Firstaider within 7 days to receive a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Refund will not be accepted:
- For Any open-box items.
- For Oxygen Cylinders.
- Items Returned more than 7 days after delivery.
- Items Returned without notification.
Clearance (scratch & Dent) Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, clearance items are not refundable.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: info@firstaider.co.za and send your item to us.
Return Shipment:
Please note that return freight is the customer’s responsibility. Carefully follow all return shipping instructions. If you return an item to the wrong address, Firstaider will charge you for any extra shipping fees to send it to the correct location.
Cancelled Orders:
Cancelled orders or incorrect items ordered will attract 15% handling charge.
Terms & Policies:
For all prices and products, we reserve the right to adjust them due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, or typographical errors in advertisements. Additionally, we will make these adjustments as needed to ensure accuracy. Firstaider is not responsible for the manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice.
